Amending or Cancelling an Order

For returns and refunds, we must be contacted within 14 working days of the press or equipment being delivered. You can do this by calling us on 01952 434033 or emailing info@ironbridgefinearts.co.uk.

Amendments to an order can be made right up until the point we despatch the order but once an order has been despatched we cannot amend or cancel it.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If you’ve received an order that contains damaged goods or is missing an item, please get in touch within 30 days (or 7 days for shortfalls) so that we can rectify the situation.

Returning Unwanted Items

If you’ve ordered a stock item that turns out to be unsuitable you are more than welcome to return the item for a refund. Please ensure that the products arrive with us in their original saleable condition and within 30 days from receipt of your order. Please bear in mind that we are unable to refund any postage costs.

 

Please note that made-to-measure frames, bespoke canvases and special order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

If you wish to return products to us please include a copy of your sales invoice supplied with your order. If this is missing then we will not be able to process the refund as it will not be clear as to who the order was for.

 

Warranty

All etching Presses and equipment are covered under a 3 year Warranty cover. During this period, Ironbridge Fine Arts and Framing will repair or replace, at no charge parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
A replacement of physical goods or parts assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical goods.

This limited warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
