I am an illustrator and photographer with a scientific background, and I’m now in my final year of a BA (Hons) in Illustration.

I’m fascinated by the relationships between maths, music, and nature – Fibonacci numbers and branching trees, the Golden Section and tortoise shell patterns, the pull of the moon on the tides and the interconnectedness of it all.

I’m London born, raised, lived and loved, and now at home in beautiful Shropshire.

“Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were, but without it we go nowhere.”
Carl Sagan

For as long as I can remember I’ve been asking about the universe. What’s out there? And why is there anything, why is there something and not nothing at all? Do we return to stars? I want to step out there, untethered, to rest in zero gravity, to look for someone and to see for myself the beauty in the chaos and the wonders of the universe.

“The nitrogen in our DNA, the calcium in our teeth, the iron in our blood, the carbon in our apple pies were made in the interiors of collapsing stars. We are made of starstuff.”
