Description
Our Aquatint shelves are a brilliant way of melting your aquatints onto your plate.
Once your aquatint has been applied (aquatint box, pepper pot or muslin) Your plate is put on top of the mesh and then using a blow torch or bunsen burner, you can melt your rosin onto your plate from underneath. You can also smoke your plate on here as well.
We make standard sizes as well as bespoke, and we make them any colour to match your decoration in your studio. For a bespoke cost just get in touch.
We currently stock 5 standard sizes for the Printmaker which allow for maximum working space when working on your plate.
