The Workshops at Ironbridge Studios

Call or email us to book your 1 2 1 workshop or bring a group of up to 6 people with you. We book courses on a weekly\monthly basis according to how your diary and ours is set.

We tailor make and run every workshop to suit your printmaking and artistic needs. You will be working with either specialist printmakers Jenny Gunning (BA HONS) or Dave Mason.

Our workshops are full of printmaking methods and processes giving you the experience, so that you can carry on your practice in your own studios. We have lots of instruction sheets that we send you away with and if youever need any help we are only a phone call away.

Call or email to discuss what you would like to do and if you are purchasing one of our presses it’s so beneficial to have a workshop with us using your new press, so you are confident using your new printing press in your own studio. 

We run workshops in any of the following printmaking subjects:

• Etching using aluminium, zinc, steel or copper.
• Traditional or Non Toxic.
• Multi Plate etching.
• Drypoint on styrene or aluminium, zinc and copper.
• Collagraph including carborundum, plaster, collage, cut out, scribe out.
• All lino plates – both traditional and easy to cut and any thickness.
• All woodcut and any thickness.
• Reduction and multiplate
• Letterpress.
• Photogravure, Photopolymer, solar plate, dry film and photo emulsion.
• Monoprints and Monotype.

We can also do multiple subjects in one workshop if we tailor the course to suit you.
