Winter Exhibition Featured Jeweller Malcolm Morris

Our current exhibition features guest Jeweller Malcolm Morris also known as The Ginger Jeweller.
“My current work has a very sculptural feel to it, which has been inspired by Morphology – the study of the shapes and forms of organisms and how they grow. I love looking at microbiology, the way that something potentially dangerous can look really beautiful and intricate under a microscope. I have a Fine Jewellery background, which is reflected in the way I set precious, and semi-precious stones into my large scale, one-off pieces. Using a combination of different finishes and semi-precious stones adds the sort of finesse that makes the jewellery stand out. It is jewellery to be treasured.”
