This one day workshop at our Gallery and studio in Ironbridge will give you a insight into basic drawing techniques using a range of materials. This workshop is intended as a taster for those wishing to express themselves using drawing as a tool to create images both imaginary and realistic, teaching students how to use line, tone and form in their drawings.
This workshop is run by Liz Gunning who has been a life long practitioner in the basics of drawing skills.
“I was a primary teacher for 30 years and taught the basic rudiments of drawing to the pupils. The basics of learning how to draw is a structure for the foundation of all art. I firmly believe that no matter how young or old a person is, we can all acquire new skills providing it is taught in the correct manner with fun included along the way.”
£60 per person for 1 day course including all materials (fine art paper, pencils, pastels and inks).
Teas and coffees included, please bring a packed lunch.
Booking is essential. Up to 6 people only.
