Jenny has secured the old Show Room at the Merrythought (Teddy Bear) Factory on the Warfage near Dale End Park.
It has been 8 months in the making from Planning Permission to Solicitors and other hindrances, but Jenny has take occupancy as of January 4th 2008.
Dave Gunning and Rod Willis will be joining Jenny at the Gallery as the artists in residence. Also a big congratulations to Rod and Emma on the birth of their daughter, healthy and safe, Mum, Dad and babe are doing fine!!!!:)

Now that we have more space we will be once again offering exhibitions for local artists rotating approximately every 6 - 8 weeks. The first exhibition will be Jenny and Dave Gunning.
With the new space Jenny will be letting the printmaking studio out to individuals who wish to try their hands for the 1st time or expert printers who do not have a studio of their own. Additionally, Jenny will be holding intimate workshops with 2 -3 delegates on the basics, intermediate and expert printmaking classes.
It is a very exciting time and we look forward to seeing you very soon at the New Gallery / Studio. Please do not hesitate to stop by for a fresh cup of tea and a tour of the facilities.

The Arts in the Gorge Exhibit was a great success with the support of local artists, businesses and of course the local community.
There has been so much positive discussion surrounding the exhibition, we are talking with interested parties about how we might set up a more permanent venue to exhibit local artists, provide "Arts Space" for workshops and potentially other visual and oral arts
As we go down this path, we will certainly keep the web page up-dated and of course if you wish to be on Jenny's circulation list, please email Jen your details.
Ironbridge Business Networking: A new business network is being set up in Ironbridge to offer businesses opportunities to network and work together to improve the Gorge area. As this matures we will bring you up-dates.
Invitation to Businesses: As Ironbridge is fast becoming a melting pot for the local art community and new businesses we open an offering to other local businesses to contact us for adding their links to our site in a reciprocal way. After all, OUR mutual success is based on the success of other businesses. So let's join our individual efforts and create a louder and distinctive voice.
